Clean the beef and cut it into small pieces.
Grind together the ingredients for masala and add 2 tsp of water to it to make it into a paste.
Put the meat into a pressure cooker.
Add ground masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chillY powder, pepper powder and salt.
:- Do not add water.
Cook till meat becomes tender.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onions and curry leaves and saute till onion turns golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
Add tomato and saute well.
Add cooked beef to this and fry.
Fry till the gravy gets dried completely.
Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
:- Serve with steamed rice/fried rice/chappathis.
