For dates chutney:-
1)Grind together dates with tamarind paste and jaggery.
For green chutney:-
1)Grind together cilantro, pudhina, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
For Bhel puri:-
1)Boil potatos and smash it.
Take a large bowl and add pooris in it.
Add dates chutney and green chutney.
Add onion, carrot, peas and potatoes.
Add salt, sugar, chilli powder and coriander powder.
Add bhel puri papad and mix it well.
Place it on a plate.
Add sev on the top of bhel puri and garnish it with some coriander leaves.
