Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 no Onion chopped, medium
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Gram flour
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • Curry leaves A few
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into small cubes and clean well.
  • Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, beaten egg, garam masala powder, corn flour, gram flour and keep it aside for atleast 1 hr.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.
  • Add this to the fried chicken and mix well.
  • :- Chettinad chicken fry is ready to be served.
