Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and 3 stems of curry leaves and saute till onion becomes slight golden brown colour.
Add 1/2 spoon of coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
Add kokum and fenugreek.
Add enough water, 2 stems of curry leaves and salt and mix well.
Add fish pieces into it and cook for 12 - 15 mins.
