Cut the broccoli into small pieces but not too small.
Cook it in a pressure cooker with some salt water waiting for one whistle alone.
Cut the onion, chillies and tomato.
Take the cooker and drain the water and keep it aside.
:- Note carefully that the broccoli is not over cooked.
Heat oil or butter in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add onion and chillies with the tomato pieces.
Add the broccoli slowly along with some pepper powder and saute it.
Beat the eggs well and add to the broccoli and fry them together as the egg takes to the form of a scramble.
Add salt to the taste and fry for sometime until the eggs get completely ccoked.
:- When u fry, stir the mixture very slowly making sure that the broccoli dont break into tiny pieces.
:- Adding butter instead of oil gives a different taste.
