Broccoli Fry Easy

Delicious Broccoli fried with eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Broccoli big
  • 1 no Onion
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 of Tomato
  • 2 nos Eggs
  • Mustard seeds
  • Butter or Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the broccoli into small pieces but not too small.
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker with some salt water waiting for one whistle alone.
  • Cut the onion, chillies and tomato.
  • Take the cooker and drain the water and keep it aside.
  • :- Note carefully that the broccoli is not over cooked.
  • Heat oil or butter in a pan.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onion and chillies with the tomato pieces.
  • Add the broccoli slowly along with some pepper powder and saute it.
  • Beat the eggs well and add to the broccoli and fry them together as the egg takes to the form of a scramble.
  • Add salt to the taste and fry for sometime until the eggs get completely ccoked.
  • :- When u fry, stir the mixture very slowly making sure that the broccoli dont break into tiny pieces. :- Adding butter instead of oil gives a different taste.
