Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Eggs hardboiled
  • 2 nos Bread slices
  • 250 gm Chicken
  • 4 nos Onion finely chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies As reqd
  • Ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mince the chicken and cook it along with salt and chicken masala.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onions and sautT followed by finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger and sautT well.
  • Add the cooked chicken and mix well.
  • Cut the boiled eggs into two.
  • Cut the bread slices diagonally.
  • Make a small hole in the center of a bread piece and place a small portion of the chicken mixture and half of an egg in it.
  • Place another bread piece over it and press it to make it firm.
  • Dip them in maida batter and fry in coconut oil.
