Tinned Fish Curry

Easy and yummy fish curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1big tin Tinned Fish Sardine/Tuna
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 tsp Fish masala
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 1 no Shallots Kunjulli
  • 1 no Onion((medium)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Curry leaves A few
  • 2 nos Tomato sliced thin and long, medium
  • 1/2" piece Ginger

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onions and sautT till it turns golden brown.
  • Add green chillies, ginger, shallot pieces and curry leaves and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add tomato pieces and mix well.
  • Add salt and fish masala. Stir well.
  • Add water and allow it to boil.
  • When it boils, add the fish pieces and cover it.
  • Cook on low-medium heat.
  • :- Serve hot without breaking the fish pieces.
