For preparing the delicious vegetarian side dish, first deep fry paneer cubes till light brown in color. Dip in warm water for 1/2 hour.
Soak green peas for 1/2 hr (if you are using dry green peas).
Fry the onion paste in hot oil till it becomes light brown.
Add garlic paste, ginger paste and tomato paste resp.
Fry till oil separates.
Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, peas and water.
Cook until peas are done.
Add soaked paneer cubes and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
