Dip bread slices one by one, in water, squeeze the water, mash the wet bread.
In a broad bowl, mix mashed bread, mixed vegetables, chilly powder and salt, to form a dough.
Prepare orange sized balls.
Heat a tawa, keep one ball over it, press with fingers and flatten the balls to prepare thick adai / roti.
Pierce the centre, pour oil in the central hole and little on the rotis.
When cooked one side, turn the roti / adai to cook the other side.
:- Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sauce.
