Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add the chopped onions, green chillies and saute.
When the onions turn golden brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
Add the potato, salt and masala powder.
Cook this for about 2 mins with little water and keep aside.
Heat oil in a skillet.
Beat the eggs.
Stuff the mixture into each bread and roll them.
Dip the rolls in beaten egg.
Deep fry the rolls.
