Ingredients

Potatoes
mashed

Onion
finely chopped
1
tsp
Ginger
garlic
paste
1
cup
Cooked vegetables
Green peas
,
Carrot
, Beans
3
nos
Green chillies
1
tsp
Mustard seeds
3
tbsp
Masala powder
Salt
As reqd
Oil
(for frying)
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp of
oil
in a skillet.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add the chopped onions,
green chillies
and saute.
When the onions turn golden brown, add the
ginger
-
garlic
paste and cook for a minute.
Add the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
Add the
potato
,
salt
and masala powder.
Cook this for about 2 mins with little
water
and keep aside.
Heat
oil
in a skillet.
Beat the eggs.
Stuff the mixture into each bread and roll them.
Dip the rolls in beaten
egg
.
Deep fry the rolls.
:- Serve hot with ketchup.
