Stuffed Bread Bread stuffed with potato masala 5 nos Bread pieces2 nos Egg3 nos Potatoes (mashed)1 nos Onion (finely chopped)1 tsp Ginger garlic paste1 cup Cooked vegetables (Green peas, Carrot, Beans)3 nos Green chillies1 tsp Mustard seeds3 tbsp Masala powderSalt (As reqd)Oil (for frying) Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet.Splutter mustard seeds.Add the chopped onions, green chillies and saute.When the onions turn golden brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.Add the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.Add the potato, salt and masala powder.Cook this for about 2 mins with little water and keep aside.Heat oil in a skillet.Beat the eggs.Stuff the mixture into each bread and roll them.Dip the rolls in beaten egg.Deep fry the rolls.:- Serve hot with ketchup.
