Bread stuffed with potato masala

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a skillet.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add the chopped onions, green chillies and saute.
  • When the onions turn golden brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add the vegetables and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add the potato, salt and masala powder.
  • Cook this for about 2 mins with little water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a skillet.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Stuff the mixture into each bread and roll them.
  • Dip the rolls in beaten egg.
  • Deep fry the rolls.
  • :- Serve hot with ketchup.
