Instructions
Wash and drain methi leaves.
:- Do not cut the leaves as it may cause bitterness.
Cut the potatoes into small sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add jeera and let it sputter.
Add the potatoes and saute for some time.
Add turmeric and stir for a minute.
Add methi leaves, crushed garlic and green chillies at this stage.
Stir and add salt.
Simmer for a while.
:- Serve warm.
