Ingredients
- Methi/Dill leaves - 1 bundle
- Potatoes - 2 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garlic pods(crushed) - 1 -
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Wash and drain methi leaves.
- :- Do not cut the leaves as it may cause bitterness.
- Cut the potatoes into small sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add jeera and let it sputter.
- Add the potatoes and saute for some time.
- Add turmeric and stir for a minute.
- Add methi leaves, crushed garlic and green chillies at this stage.
- Stir and add salt.
- Simmer for a while.
- :- Serve warm.
