1 bundle Methi/Dill leaves2 nos Potatoes1/4 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 - Garlic pods (crushed)4 nos Green chillies (slit)Salt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Wash and drain methi leaves.:- Do not cut the leaves as it may cause bitterness.Cut the potatoes into small sized pieces.Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.Add jeera and let it sputter.Add the potatoes and saute for some time.Add turmeric and stir for a minute.Add methi leaves, crushed garlic and green chillies at this stage.Stir and add salt.Simmer for a while. :- Serve warm.
