  • Wash and drain methi leaves.
  • :- Do not cut the leaves as it may cause bitterness.
  • Cut the potatoes into small sized pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add jeera and let it sputter.
  • Add the potatoes and saute for some time.
  • Add turmeric and stir for a minute.
  • Add methi leaves, crushed garlic and green chillies at this stage.
  • Stir and add salt.
  • Simmer for a while.
  • :- Serve warm.
