Make gashes on the chicken and rub it with chilly powder, oil, seasonings and lemon juices.
Leave aside for 20 - 30 mins.
Prepare marinade by blending until smooth the yoghurt, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and coriander powder.
Add food colour and mix well.
Pour it over the chicken pieces, rubbing it well into gashes.
Cover and marinate inside refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat grill to high and grill the chicken pieces turning them occasionally for 10 - 15 mins until thoroughly cooked.
Garnish with onion rings, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
