Ingredients
- Chicken legs and breast only - 8 pcs
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Yoghurt - 3 tbsp
- Garlic pods - 4 nos
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Red/orange food colouring - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Make gashes on the chicken and rub it with chilly powder, oil, seasonings and lemon juices.
- Leave aside for 20 - 30 mins.
- Prepare marinade by blending until smooth the yoghurt, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds and coriander powder.
- Add food colour and mix well.
- Pour it over the chicken pieces, rubbing it well into gashes.
- Cover and marinate inside refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Preheat grill to high and grill the chicken pieces turning them occasionally for 10 - 15 mins until thoroughly cooked.
- Garnish with onion rings, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot.
