Its very easy to make at home.... and very yummy....

For jamuns:-

  • 1 tin Sterlised cream Nestle Cream
  • 2 tea Milk powder
  • 1 tbsp Allpurpose flour Maida
  • Baking soda A pinch

For sugar syrup:-


  • Knead together sterlised cream, milk powder, maida and baking soda into a smooth dough without lumps.
  • Make small balls and fry in oil.
  • In another pan, boil sugar and water together, keep stiring and prepare a syrup.
  • After its warm, add the vanilla essence and cardamom powder into it.
  • Drain and soak the balls into it.
  • After 15 mins, serve warm or chilled.
