Garlic Soup

Soup made with garlic and wheat flour

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 pinch Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 4 - Curry leaves
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, garlic and wheat flour.
  • Stir fry on low flame.
  • When flour becomes golden, add water, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cook on low fire until wheat flour and water mixes well and gets a consistency of a soup.
  • :- Serve hot.
  • :- You can use this as a curry too.
