Soup made with
garlic
and
wheat flour

Wheat flour

tbsp
Oil

Coriander powder
1/2
tsp
Red chilly powder
2
pinch
Turmeric powder
Salt
As reqd
1/2
tsp
Mustard seeds

Curry leaves
2
cups
Water
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter
mustard seeds
.
Add
curry leaves
,
garlic
and
wheat flour
.
Stir fry on low flame.
When flour becomes golden, add
water
,
coriander powder
, red chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Cook on low fire until
wheat flour
and
water
mixes well and gets a consistency of a soup.
:- Serve hot.
:- You can use this as a curry too.
