Soup made with garlic and wheat flour

Ingredients
- Garlic pods - 6 nos
- Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 4 -
- Water - 2 cups

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, garlic and wheat flour.
- Stir fry on low flame.
- When flour becomes golden, add water, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Cook on low fire until wheat flour and water mixes well and gets a consistency of a soup.
- :- Serve hot.
- :- You can use this as a curry too.
