Instructions
Beat butter, sugar and egg yolk together in a bowl.
Seive maida and baking powder.
Add the seived mixture into the butter mix along with cornflakes and vanilla essence.
Knead the mixture into a dough and keep in fridge for 10 - 15 mins.
Shape into balls and flatten with a fork.
Bake for 15 - 20 mins at 200 degrees.
Store in an air tight container.
