Grated coconut

Coconut oil

Instructions
Mix well together the above chopped items, sprouted dal, grated coconut, cumin seeds, salt & turmeric powder.
:- Mix using your hands for best results.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and sautT red chillies and curry leaves.
Add the mixture and mix well.
Cover the pan with its lid and cook on low flame.
Simmer for 3 mins.
Remove the cover and mix well the whole contents again.
Keep it on flame till done.
