North Indian Easy Ras Malai

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 no Egg white
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 litre Milk
  • 1 tsp Rose water
  • 1 pinch Cardamom powder Elakka
  • 1 tsp Badam chopped
  • Pistachios chopped
  • 1 drop Yellow colour optional
  • 1 pinch Saffron

Instructions
 

  • Mix baking powder and milk powder together.
  • Add egg white and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough.
  • Make small balls from this.
  • Mix together milk and sugar and boil till it thickens.
  • Add the balls to it.
  • Cook till it becomes double the original size.
  • Add rose water, cardamom powder and yellow colour.
  • Garnish with pistas, saffron and badam.
  • :- Serve cold.
