North Indian Easy Ras Malai

- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 no Egg white
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 litre Milk
- 1 tsp Rose water
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder Elakka
- 1 tsp Badam chopped
- Pistachios chopped
- 1 drop Yellow colour optional
- 1 pinch Saffron
Mix baking powder and milk powder together.
Add egg white and knead the mixture to make a smooth dough.
Make small balls from this.
Mix together milk and sugar and boil till it thickens.
Add the balls to it.
Cook till it becomes double the original size.
Add rose water, cardamom powder and yellow colour.
Garnish with pistas, saffron and badam.
