Instructions
Take dhal and pressure cook it for 10 mins(3 whistles).
Heat some oil in a pan or a kadai.
Fry the finely chopped onions, till it turns brown.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes to it and cook on a low flame, until the tomatoes become a paste.
Add garlic to it.
Add the cooked dhal into this paste and pour 2 cups of water.
Keep this mixture on low flame until it boils.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Allow the curry to set for 10 mins.
:- Serve with rice.
