Navarathan Kuruma

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Carrot, Beans, Green peas, Potato, Cauliflower florets cooked
  • 1 cup Apple, Pineapple cooked
  • 150 gm Paneer
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 3 nos Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • Ghee As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Fry paneer cubes in oil. Keep it aside.
  • Remove the tomato skin by putting it in hot water.
  • Cut it into pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add onion and sautT well.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT further.
  • Add tomato pieces followed by all the powders and sautT again.
  • When done, add the cooked vegs and the cooked fruits and mix well.
  • Add milk, cream and mix well.
  • Add the fried paneer cubes and cook, till done.
  • :- Serve with any Indian bread.
