Fry paneer cubes in oil. Keep it aside.
Remove the tomato skin by putting it in hot water.
Cut it into pieces.
Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and sautT well.
Add ginger-garlic paste and sautT further.
Add tomato pieces followed by all the powders and sautT again.
When done, add the cooked vegs and the cooked fruits and mix well.
Add milk, cream and mix well.
Add the fried paneer cubes and cook, till done.
