Ingredients
  

  • 2 - Eggs
  • Green peas
  • Beans
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Green chillies
  • Masala powders
  • Salt
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam)

Instructions
 

  • In a cooker, boil green peas, beans and carrot.
  • Boil potato separately.
  • While boiling, add salt.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Add cumin seeds.
  • Add onions, chillies and masala powders (turimeric, coriander). Mix well.
  • In a bowl, mix the vegetable (not potato) and mash it to a paste.
  • Add chillies in the pan followed by the paste.
  • Fry the mashed items till the water content is reduced to minimum.
  • Take the pan off the stove.
  • Mash potato in a separate bowl and mix with the fried items.
  • :- This is to reduce the water content further. :- Taste for salt. And if not enough add some more.
  • Take the eggs and beat them well.
  • Add some salt to it.
  • Heat some oil in the pan.
  • Make small balls (of any shape) off the mixed vegetables and the dip in the beaten egg.
  • Fry them in the oil.
