Mix all the ingredients given for marination and marinate it over night.
Add maida, corn flour, red orange color and egg to it.
:- Egg acts as coating to the chicken pieces.
Peel the potatoes and slice them as chips, but little thicker.
Take a slice, keep a chicken piece on it, fold the potato slice a bit and pierce them together using tooth pick.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Deep fry the chicken pieces on a low flame in batches.
:- Serve hot by adding some lemon juice on it to make it more tasty.
