100 Percent Indo-Chinese Chicken Sticks

For Marination:-

  • 250 gm Boneless Chicken 1 inch pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 slice Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp China Salt Ajinomotto
  • Salt As reqd


  • Mix all the ingredients given for marination and marinate it over night.
  • Add maida, corn flour, red orange color and egg to it.
  • :- Egg acts as coating to the chicken pieces.
  • Peel the potatoes and slice them as chips, but little thicker.
  • Take a slice, keep a chicken piece on it, fold the potato slice a bit and pierce them together using tooth pick.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces on a low flame in batches.
  • :- Serve hot by adding some lemon juice on it to make it more tasty.
