Maida

Semolina
Sooji/Rava

Curd

Ghee

tsp
Soda powder
Salt
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients one by one and knead into dough.
Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hrs.
Make big balls off the above dough.
Roll them out into slightly big & thick rounds.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry well in oil.
:- Serve hot with chana masala.
