Ravva Laddu

A Very Tasty Laddu for Sweetaholics

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Semolina Suji/Ravva
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh grated coconut
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • Cashew nuts A few
  • Raisins A few, Onakkamunthiri
  • Warm milk Half cup

Instructions
 

  • Heat up a pan or a kadai.
  • Take one tbsp of ghee and fry suji ravva until it turns light brown in color on low flame. Keep the ravva aside.
  • Take another tbsp of ghee and fry cashews and raisins and keep them aside.
  • Fry freshly grated coconut in the remaining ghee and fry until it turns light brown in color.
  • Mix all the fried ingredients in a bowl and add cardamom powder to the mixture.
  • Slowly add milk until u can get laddu out of the mixture.
  • :- Do not add too much milk as laddus will spoil quickly.
