Ravva Laddu A Very Tasty Laddu for Sweetaholics 2 cups Semolina (Suji/Ravva)2 cups Sugar1 cup Fresh grated coconut3 tbsp Ghee5 nos Cardamom (Elakka)Cashew nuts (A few)Raisins (A few, Onakkamunthiri)Warm milk (Half cup) Heat up a pan or a kadai.Take one tbsp of ghee and fry suji ravva until it turns light brown in color on low flame. Keep the ravva aside.Take another tbsp of ghee and fry cashews and raisins and keep them aside.Fry freshly grated coconut in the remaining ghee and fry until it turns light brown in color.Mix all the fried ingredients in a bowl and add cardamom powder to the mixture.Slowly add milk until u can get laddu out of the mixture.:- Do not add too much milk as laddus will spoil quickly.
