Raw mango
cut into 1" long thin pieces

cup
Carrot
2 cups needed if the mango is too sour, cut into 1" long thin pieces
1/2
cup
Green chillies(split)

Ginger
finely chopped

Curry leaves

Fenugreek
Uluva

Mustard seeds
Salt
As reqd

Gingelly oil
Instructions
Mix the carrot, mango and salt together.
Heat the oil in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter mustard seeds and add fenugreek.
Add the other ingredients and saute.
Add this to the carrot mango mixture and mix well.
:- This will not stay more than a week even if u refrigerate.
