Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Unakkallari
  • 2 ltr Milk
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 3 spoon Cashew nuts
  • 2 spoon Raisins Onakkamunthiri
  • 4 nos Cardamom Elakka
  • 2 spoon Ghee

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker, boil the rice nicely.
  • Add the milk and sugar and stir well, till it becomes little thick.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry nuts and raisins and add it into the payasam.
  • Add the powdered cardamom into the payasam and stir well.
