Ghee
Instructions
In a pressure cooker, boil the rice nicely.
Add the milk and sugar and stir well, till it becomes little thick.
Switch off the gas.
Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
Fry nuts and raisins and add it into the payasam.
Add the powdered cardamom into the payasam and stir well.
