Tamarind water

Instructions
Clean the fish and make small cuts like the way we do when we fry fish.
Take the above masalas and mix it well with 2 cups of water.
Pour oil and tamarind water.
Add salt and mix well.
Place the fish carefully in the vessel.
:- The water should be just above the fish.
When it starts boiling, reduce the flame.
Cook till all the water is gone and it is fried properly.
