Ingredients
  

  • 5 nos Sardine fish small
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 3 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil or Sunflower oil
  • Salt As reqd
  • Tamarind water As reqd, Puli

Instructions
 

  • Clean the fish and make small cuts like the way we do when we fry fish.
  • Take the above masalas and mix it well with 2 cups of water.
  • Pour oil and tamarind water.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Place the fish carefully in the vessel.
  • :- The water should be just above the fish.
  • When it starts boiling, reduce the flame.
  • Cook till all the water is gone and it is fried properly.
