Instructions
Grind 1 onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander seeds into a paste.
Spread the mixture on the chicken and leave it aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Fry the other sliced onion.
Add whole spices, chicken and fry well for a while.
Add yoghurt little-by-little at a time, cover and simmer on gentle heat, till chicken is cooked.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
