  • Grind 1 onion, ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander seeds into a paste.
  • Spread the mixture on the chicken and leave it aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • Fry the other sliced onion.
  • Add whole spices, chicken and fry well for a while.
  • Add yoghurt little-by-little at a time, cover and simmer on gentle heat, till chicken is cooked.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot.
