Paalak Curry

A simple and easy curry made with Spinach(Paalak)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Spinach Paalak
  • 1 no Onion small
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • Cumin seeds A little, Jeerakam
  • Mustard seeds A little
  • 1/2 cup Boiled milk
  • 1 spoon Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Boil the paalak leaves with a little water and keep that aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and chillies and fry them for a few mins.
  • Once fried, mix it with the boiled spinach.
  • Grind them together adding salt and milk.
  • :- Serve with hot steamed rice or Dosa.
