Paalak Curry A simple and easy curry made with Spinach(Paalak) 1 bunch Spinach (Paalak)1 no Onion (small)2 nos Green chilliesCumin seeds (A little, Jeerakam)Mustard seeds (A little)1/2 cup Boiled milk1 spoon OilSalt (As reqd) Boil the paalak leaves with a little water and keep that aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and chillies and fry them for a few mins.Once fried, mix it with the boiled spinach.Grind them together adding salt and milk.:- Serve with hot steamed rice or Dosa.
