Instructions
Soak sabudana in water for about 3 - 4 hrs.
Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
Splutter cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion, curry leaves, green chillies and ginger and sautT well.
Add soaked sago and mix well.
Lower the flame and sautT well for about 5 mins.
Add grated coconut and mix well.
Add crushed peanuts and salt and mix well again.
Remove from the flame.
:- Serve hot.
