Bachelors Payasam

Healthy payasam with oats and carrot within 10 mins

Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Milk
  • Pre cooked oats - 4 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp Carrot grated
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Condensed milk
  • Salt A pinch
  • 3 - Cardamom powdered, Elakka

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk to boil fully.
  • Add the grated carrot and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add salt, sugar and oats and stir for 30 seconds, before switching off the flame.
  • Add the condensed milk and powdered cardamom.
