Carrot
grated

Condensed
milk
Salt
A pinch

Cardamom
powdered, Elakka
Instructions
Bring the
milk
to boil fully.
Add the grated
carrot
and cook for 5 mins.
Add
salt
,
sugar
and oats and stir for 30 seconds, before switching off the flame.
Add the condensed
milk
and powdered
cardamom
.
