Grind together the grated coconut and the soaked cashew nuts into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onions, ginger and garlic and sautT well.
Add tomatoes followed by all the powders including salt and sautT.
Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
Grind together the above mixture in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
Heat up a pan or a kadai.
Add the above paste along with the soya chunks and allow it to cook for 15 mins.
When the soya chunks are done, add the cashew-coconut paste.
Simmer for 5 mins.
:- Adjust the level of salt.
When it starts to thicken, remove from flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
