Aval Uppuma - Easy Made Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Beaten rice Aval/Poha
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 5 nos Green chillies
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • 4 nos Dry red chillies Kollamulaku
  • Curry leaves A few
  • ¼ of Coconut
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • Coriander leaves As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Clean aval well in water and keep it to drain.
  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Splutter mustard seeds and sautT dry red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and green chillies and sautT.
  • Add aval.
  • Sprinkle a little water along with salt and mix well.
  • Add grated coconut and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
