Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a rice cooker.
Fry onion, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, chillies, mint and garlic until aromatic for about 2 mins.
Add the rice, water, veggies, saffron and salt.
Close the cooker and let it cook until it turns off to (Keep Warm÷.
