Curry leaves
finely chopped
Coriander leaves
A little, finely chopped
Oil for frying
Instructions
Clean prawns well.
Cook it well with salt and turmeric powder. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add onion and sautT well.
Add green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and sautT well.
Remove from flame.
Add mashed potatoes and cooked prawns and mix well.
Make small balls off the above mixture and shape them into cutlets.
Dip them first in beaten egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
Deep fry them in hot oil, till they turn brown in colour.
