Kesari color powder

Salt

Allpurpose flour
Maida
1/2
cup
Rice powder
1 1/2
cups
Water
Instructions
Mix together maida and rice powder.
Add salt and kesari powder.
Add water enough to make a liquid paste and mix well.
Take pieces of plantain and dip in batter one by one.
Deep fry in oil.
