Kerala Style Pazham Pori

Ingredients
  

  • Ripe plantains As reqd, Nenthrapazham/Yethakka
  • 1/2 tsp Kesari color powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Rice powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix together maida and rice powder.
  • Add salt and kesari powder.
  • Add water enough to make a liquid paste and mix well.
  • Take pieces of plantain and dip in batter one by one.
  • Deep fry in oil.
