Fish(Aikura) Cutlet Fry(Meen)
Good for Lunch, Dinner as well as Evening snack

- 7 pieces Fish Aikura
- 4 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 no Egg
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Salt As reqd
- Oil enough for deep frying
Clean the fish and cut into round shapes.
Marinate fish with 3 tsp of chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15 mins.
Add 1/2 tsp of chilly powder and some salt into the egg and mix it well.
Dip each piece of fish into this mixture.
Cover it with bread crumbs like cutlet preparation.
Deep fry in hot oil, till it becomes golden brown.
:- Can be used even as a snack with tomato sauce.
