Fish(Aikura) Cutlet Fry(Meen)

Ingredients
  

  • 7 pieces Fish Aikura
  • 4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil enough for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Clean the fish and cut into round shapes.
  • Marinate fish with 3 tsp of chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15 mins.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of chilly powder and some salt into the egg and mix it well.
  • Dip each piece of fish into this mixture.
  • Cover it with bread crumbs like cutlet preparation.
  • Deep fry in hot oil, till it becomes golden brown.
  • :- Can be used even as a snack with tomato sauce.
