Instructions
Peel the kohlrabi and grate it.
:- The water which will come out while grating can be used for cooking.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add red chillies, curry leaves and green chillies and saute for 2 mins.
Add the grated kohlrabi, turmeric powder and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mins on high flame with water.
Add the grated coconut and keep it on medium flame, till the kohlarbi is cooked.
:- Serve hot as a side dish for rice.
