1-2-3 Chilli Chicken

Easy chilli chicken without corn flour

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken bite size pieces
  • 2 nos Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 - Oil
  • 2 drops Red coloring optional

For the marinade:-

  • ½ tbsp Red chilly powder
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in the above mentioned marinade for about 30 mins.
  • Saute onions and green chillies in a skillet for about 5 mins.
  • Add chicken along with the remaining marinade and saute, until gravy is thick and chicken is done to your liking.
