Instructions
Boil the mixed vegetables.
Soak cashew, kismis and poppy seeds for 1 hr.
Grind it along with onion, garlic, cloves, cinnamon and green chillies.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Fry the ground masala for 2 mins.
Add the boiled vegetables.
Add salt and mix well.
Add coconut milk and allow it to boil.
Add coriander leaves.
:- Serve hot.
