Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Mushroom cut into medium pieces
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Chilli sauce Hot
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 medium Ginger
  • 6 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 no Capsicum
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute mushroom, till water is drained.
  • Add soy, ketchup and chilli sauce to it.
  • Add salt and stir well.
  • Add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and capsicum.
  • Add pepper powder and mix well.
  • Keep the flame on medium level, till the above ingredients get sauted.
  • :- Make sure the water from the mushroom is completely drained.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve hot with ghee rice.
